Sole Partners Ltd was founded in 2013 by Victoria Giordano, offering a full range of freelance event management services. From this, The Sponsorship Team (TST) was born in December 2015, supporting a growing portfolio of international clients with a creative, strategic approach to sponsorship acquisition. Today, we’re a seven-person team with extensive experience in delivering sponsorship for large-scale international conferences, regional and digital events, media activity and corporate partnership programmes.
After running events for almost 20 years, Victoria spotted a growing gap in the market. As the number of competing events increased across multiple sectors, audiences were becoming more selective and
events needed to work harder to stand out to attract and secure sufficient sponsorship revenue. But despite this, exhibition and sponsorship sales were often unintentionally neglected by time poor
project teams.
The reality is, sponsors are crucial to an event’s success. They’re imperative to its financial viability and play a key role in shaping the delegate experience. A conference can’t showcase the
latest discoveries without the voices of those driving that progress.

thoroughly, run targeted communication campaigns, handle bespoke negotiations, and help our clients evolve a competitive sponsorship offering.
