Can we help you?

Led by Victoria Giordano, the sponsorship team is a division of sole partners Ltd. the sponsorship team can join your project team or committee seamlessly and respectfully and provide you with the reassurance that your events and activities are receiving the best possible chance of securing that revenue.

What we do for our clients:

- Review existing strategy, prospectus, partner packages and prices with a view of sharing a revised strategy incorporating enhancements and improvements

- Immerse ourselves in your  sector enabling us to source and engage with prospect partners on your behalf

- Become an extension of your project management team throughout the planning cycle of your events and activity calendar

- Keep you up-to-date with regular reporting and provide full access to our real-time ‘tracker’

- Allow your in-house experts to focus on their ‘day job’ whilst we focus on partnership revenue generation

- Support your financial objective by aiming to exceed the sponsorship and exhibition target

- Creatively incorporate new packages and ideas in which to engage with the partners

- Identify and engage new partners

- Encourage longevity of industry partnership by building rapport on your behalf

Our services can be used independently, in a supporting manner or, we can take responsibility for every element of sponsorship strategy, sales and exhibition management. In addition to sponsorship and exhibition sales, we can also manage the compilation and updates to prospectus brochures, floorplans and technical manuals.

Our identity is purposely understated and quite bizarrely in the events industry, we do not long to stand out! Quite the opposite – we want to blend in. We want to represent you, our client, working in partnership keeping the financial objectives of the event in mind whilst matching the commercial opportunities to the marketing objectives of the potential sponsors.

Brainstorming new techniques to secure ongoing & increased partnership revenue

Taking time out in 2023 with a long-term client to brainstorm partnership strategy for an ongoing Association client.  What an incredible environment and certainly somewhere where you leave the rest of your busy life behind.  Port Lympne, I hope to visit again soon!

Along with our long-term association client, ASL, we've worked with IEEE SPS on sponsorship strategy and sales for many years.  Selling out year after year at their flagship event, we took some time face-to-face in the IEEE's New York office and talking to the wider team in New Jersey to establish what appealing packages we can present to industry in 2024 to offer engagement and interaction with this key audience.  We always recommend you take time to consider all the relevant and appealing options, ask yourself what's in it for the client organisation/Association and what's in it for the sponsor - find mutually beneficial ideas and price them to ensure a fruitful ROI is achieved.

2023 saw a higher ROI for our event partners

Post pandemic, we all realised that virtual activity, smaller, focused events both online and in person and, parallel marketing messaging have a positive impact on enhancing the traditional, annual conference presence and help keep an organisation's brand, product or message alive more frequently and for longer.  We have built Corporate Partnership programmes and, what we call the 'brand builder' package for our clients and many of their sponsors are reporting a fruitful ROI as a result.  If you'd like to learn more about innovating your sponsorship proposition, do get in touch.

2024 & onwards

Delighted to have retained our existing client base into another year - time flies when you're having fun!  The more

we work with our clients, the deeper understanding we gain of their memberbase and partner objectives and the more value we can add to enhancing fruitful partnership programmes and packages.  We continue to enjoy securing revenue for the IEEE Signal Processing Society, Association Services Ltd, MCI UK Ltd, The Drug Information Association, British Small Animal Vetinerary Society and Service Desk Institute. We

look forward to bringing as much revenue to all of our clients as possible!

Be brave! Buying cycle timescales are reducing

The days of our sponsors strictly securing budget in the Autumn for the whole of the following year, are diminishing.  Client buying decisions became much more fluid throughout 2023 and we believe it's set to stay.  January 2024 was our busiest month for securing revenue against events and activity scheduled for March and April 2024 - the buying cycle timescale has reduced and decision making is later but quicker.  Consider ensuring your activity is still on the radar in the Autumn time for the following year but stay agile, don't shy away from ramping up the promotional activity as late as 12 weeks out!  You might be surprised at the results.

Variety of sectors helps build our success rates

Results are increasing further as we focus our skill set and effort on strategic sales for sponsorship.

The variety of sectors and getting to know our clients' industries gives us a wider perspective and allows us to use a mix of techniques across sectors.  In the last couple of years we have sold sponsorship on events within pharmacology, sound & accoustic speech, image processing, veterinary, hospital services, Government finance, religious associations, membership services, Pharmaceutical medicine, service desk ITSM and many more! There is a conference for everthing and we love the variety - it keeps us creatively thinking, learning and sharing successful ideas across our client base.
